unable to visit messages page

Hy
I'm facing a issue that I do not have permission to organization at the first the error popup was your organization was changed in another browser and after a while now when ever I try to go to messages page I face the error that user id .... does not have permission in org id ... 
I really want to solve this as soon as possible as my 2 jobs are in progress and I'm activley receving messages from my clients
and I know this from email notifications 
note: I'm getting messages notificstions from clients through email I can just read half of the content
I already generated a ticket few hours back but no resposne from supprot team yet
