Absurd Design Issue - ALERT AGENCY OWNERS

Its come to my attention that there is a design issue with the Changing Of Rates, within an Agency + Exclusive setting scenario. In circumstances when you yourself are an agency owner and keep a freelancer profile.

The issue is simple, there should be a pencil next to your rate, regarldess of what profile you are using, there of course would be options and promts letting you know - You are editing your freelancer rate inside an agency profile- or something similar. 

It should definetly not be hidden within the agency profile > Search for Jobs > Roster> edit button, - Only for there not to be an option to change my own rate. I can change my employees rates, but mine. The button is grayed out. 

So there, frustration and all, make it simple, its simple to do so 😕
