Agency Hourly Contract

I got Hourly contract on agency, when i logged hours, it shows N/A while hours were logged, and after Monday, I don't see any payment in review? why is this

Thank you for your message. You can access your weekly summary for the agency from this link. Please make sure to switch to your agency profile from the top right of your Upwork homepage and choose last week in the calendar.
