The forum is a place to ask questions, comment on different topics, help or be helped, but it doesn't seem like the right place to look for freelancers who want to join your agency. And not for promotion either.
By the way, your profile should be about you, not your agency. That's what the agency profile is for.

Hello all,

I recently opened a new agency here in Upwork, I totally forgot to update my payment method on time, then my agency account got suspended, I already updated the payment method and tried buyin the premium plan but it now says I no longer have access to it. 

Any thoughts on how to be able to re-activate my agency account?
