I became a new owner of agency and need to change Payoneer Account.

Hi Igor,

The previous agency owner needs to reach out to Payoneer support first so that they can disassociate the existing Payoneer account from Upwork. They will receive a confirmation email when it has been done and should reach out to us so that we can assist further on our end.
