Confusion regarding non-exclusive member in my agency profile

Some of my team members are non-exclusive members of my agency. Does it increase my agency job success rate if non-exclusive members get some positive reviews?

Whether a member of your agency is exclusive or non-exclusive doesn't directly impact the agency's JSS. The difference between these is that non-exclusive members can work independently from the agency if they choose to, and contracts they work on independently do not affect the agency's JSS.
