Hello,
I have a few questions. Opening my agency next week. Can someone answer the questions below.
1. If I don't have a rating but bring on Exclusive employees with a rating, will that impact the agency or will we have to generate our own ratings?
2. Rate changes- if a freelancer is non Exclusive am I able to change their rates when applying for a job?
3. If they have pending jobs, can they be transferred as an Exclusive or do I need to wait until they are finished?
