Having issues with Upwork mediation team

Hi, 

I have an open dispute with a client who refuses to pay for the escrowed milestone. 

The Upwork Mediation team representative asked for proof that the work was done properly - and I've shared them as a video.

After that, I received a decision - That the entire funds in Escrow go to the client. This recommendation is being made because the client has issues with the work.

The most frustrating part is that the Upwork Mediation team representative didn't check the proof - the video hadn't been watched. So, he made an unobjective decision without reviewing our materials.

I tried to contact him, but he's not responding.

Who else faced such a situation, and is there any chance to pay the supervisor's attention to this case?
