Hi everyone,
Is there a way to modify my account credentials so that I can work on our agency's main page?
Currently, I cannot make any changes, add any text, etc.
Only the account owner, our boss, has that type of possibility.
Can we somehow change that? Can he add more options to my account?

Does this also include making visual changes to our profile?
He can edit the logo, banner and content.
On his profile, this cut-out has plenty of modification options available, whereas I don't have any.

Thank you for following up. Yes, If you have Admin permissions you will have the same permissions as the agency owner.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The agency owner can edit the member roles and permissions in order to give you admin access. Please direct your agency owner to this article to know how to edit the settings on his end.
