JSS - Client did not want to close the contract with no activity for more then a year.

Hello Everyone,

I have pretty toxic client. They did not want to close the contract dispite there was no activity sinse Sep 22. Now they asked to fix prototype (electronic device) that was broken by them. We reported time spent to fix it and they paused the contract to start one next round of complains about the costs. I want to stop it forever.

If I close the contract now and give them a refund then would it affect my JSS? They will leave negative feedback for sure but if the last year earnings with this contract affect my JSS?
