Leveraging Team Members reputations

Hi, I am an agency owner. I have a team of VBA developers some of whom have a very good work history and success rate. I would like to leverage their valuable reputations to help attract clients to our agency. 
Is there a way to transfer the following from member profiles to my agency profile. I can provide permission from the agency members.
