Not able to withdraw funds from upwork account

I am trying to withdraw my earnings butgeting this email from upwork
Hi Aman,
We attempted to process your recent payment request but unfortunately it failed.
The reason for returned funds is invalid data in the following fields: taxNumber.
As a result, the funds have been returned to your Upwork account and we need you to update your payment method for future payments.

Though i mentioned my tax number and other info .

I would like to address the same issue.
I have filled out my tax information but I keep getting a notification about it and when I withdraw funds they are returned back to my account.
Perhaps this is due to the fact that I am now in Ukraine
I will be grateful if you help)
