Taxpayer identification for agency

Hi,

I'm intending create a agency on Upwork. I created a limited company in Vietnam. When filling a Taxpayer identification form on Upwork, it requires Federal tax classification,  with some options Individual, Corporation, Partnership and Other entity type or claiming treaty benefits. 

I'm not sure which option should I select? could someone help me explain it, I don't want to select a wrong one.

Hi Hong Thai,

All contracts are paid into the agency's collective financial account balance. If your agency's financial entity is the same as the Agency owner, you can use the same tax information.
