Starting A New Agency

Hello Everyone, 

I'm starting a new agency and I just want to ensure I have the flow down correctly. I tried looking for videos or courses but they are old. Can someone direct me to any resources or courses that can guide me? I just want to ensure that I have everything set up correctly, from communication with the client, and freelancers, tips and tricks, etc. Thanks in advance.
