Upwork upgraded my agency membership to agency plus.

Hello,

I got an e-mail from Upwork this morning about my agency upgrading to agency plus. I never asked them to upgrade my agency membership. How is that possible, could someone explain to me?  I know I can cancel the plan any time, but I was just wondering if it is a kind of gift from Upwork or something else?

My second question is, the contract that I have been working on it is still not visible in my freelancer profile as "in progress", but it is visible in the agency profile, why is that? I think the job is supposed to be visible in both profiles.
