80% JSS With All 5 Star Reviews

I have 7 jobs; four are finalized. The four finalized jobs all have five-star reviews. I received bonuses on two of them and have had multiple repeat clients/ recurring jobs. Why is my JSS 80%?

one or a few from the 4 closed contracts lied about how happy they are, so they gave you low private feedback. Look at your stat clients who recommended you %

That's a pretty crappy thing to happen, so like my previous responder suggested... they gave you 5 star feedback, but they would recommend you lower than 10 out of 10 to their friends. It seems wrong when you get a 5 out of 5 score, but there is nothing you can do about it. I'm sorry 😞

Please have a look at this article which details some of the reasons why there may be a sudden change in your score or why the score isn't as high as you would expect.
