Hi, I am a new Client and my Account was suspended and I don't know why. How can I reactivate it or if The Support Team could help with this? Please help.

Thank you for the prompt reply. 

I did answer back both via an email and the Upwork platform ticket and would like to know what is the average time to resolve the issue? I can see the tickets it still 'open'.
