My account is on hold and I can't hire a freelancer. My project is urgent. I need help.
I used my nickname at first by lately changed it to my real name. But my account was set on hold, so I decided to upload my ID to confirm my identity. I follow "Get started" link and I found out that I can't change my name. There is still my nickname I typed when creating an account although I changed it already in my profile. It is also said that "This name is listed on your profile or primary payment method". I use the corporate card and, of course, the names are different. Help bot doesn't help me😭 I need to start the project. Instead, I'm searching through endless articles and rules. How to remove the restriction?
