I recently signed-up to Upwork and psoted 3 jobs for my second company. I have received an account suspension email and it says i should contact support to help clear up the matter (no indiation of what the problem is though)

My login does not work (on the main website, support section or community section) and there is no way to access support. What can I do to help remove the account suspension please?
My experience with Upwork has so far been very poor. I need to recruit 3 freelancers and the bizarre siuation where I need to login to access support about not being able to login is quite frustrating.
