Can I load funds on UpWork to streamline payments to freelancers?

Hi there,
Is it possible to load funds onto UpWork once and then use them to make payments to freelancers? This way, I would like to avoid making many small payments from my account and be able to pay directly from UpWork in a much more convenient way.

Thanks for reaching out. At the moment, you can only connect a bank account to fund your projects on Upwork. However we will share your feedback with the team so they can consider this for future updates.
