Can't reach support

Hello, 

I have registered on upwork, because a friend recommended it to me. 
However, after I creating a Job post, i can't pay the freelancer, because my account needs to be verified. I have uploaded my ID, but did not hear back from Upwork. I also do not have any option to reach the support team. 
When i go to the help section i can only see this (see the attached file). 
Can someone help me resolve this issue? I am very satisfied with the freelancer and want to pay him and hire new jobs as well.
