Client Login Page

Hi all,

Could someone please let me know which page I should use to log into my client account? I am both a freelancer and a client. I've created a client account and was able to use it only once (right after I created it). These are the things I have tried:

- Type Upwork.com on my browser (Chrome) and it send me to https://www.upwork.com/ab/find-work/ which is the freelancer's page.

- Log out of my account, go to https://www.upwork.com/login, type in my login information, and it will also send me to https://www.upwork.com/ab/find-work/, which is the freelancer's page.

- When I am logged in (as the freelancer), click on my avatar at the top right corner dropdown menu, click on the name of the client company I created, it sends me to this page: https://www.upwork.com/ab/jobs-home/4319793. On the page there is only one line of text read "This page is for clients only".

I wouldn't want to create a new client account just to be able to use it only once. Thank you very much in advance.

same issue. how to do I get to the client portion of the site. it keeps directing me to the freelancer side.  thanks.

Hi Sid,

It doesn't look like you have a client profile yet, so you're going to have to create one. Feel free to check out this help article for more information on how you can do that from your existing account.

Joining is so easy simply search Upwork and you will find out that it enables you to either join as a freelance or as a client but you as a client you just click on it . Open it and create an account or if you have just login directly.

Hello, I have both a client and a freelancer account. How do I log into my client account? Whenever I try to log in, it logs me in as a freelancer. Thank you

Like MANY above, I want to ONLY HAVE A CLIENT account, which is how I signed up. Now I cant GET TO the login page for client.

Please delete my freelancer account and leave only the client account.

AND HOW ABOUT FIXING THIS PROBLEM THAT IS VEXING SO MANY OF YOUR USERS??!!!!

Hi Wendy,

It looks like you've created a Freelancer account instead of a Client one. I can see that you've just recently closed it, but I went ahead and restored it so that you can log in and create a client profile from the account you already have. Once you've created your client profile, you should be able to close your freelancer one by following these instructions.

At this time you only have a freelancer account. You can create a client profile from the same account you already have. Please check this article for more information on how you can do that.
