Colleague's account suspended, can't seem to stop billing

One of my colleagues had their account suspended, but unfortunately it's tied to a billing account that keeps getting charged money.

 

Any tips on what to do here? I'd hate to issue a chargeback but I don't see any way to verify accounts at the moment, or really any way to get in touch with Upwork support.
