Contract refund

Hello,

I recently created a job offer and extended a contract to a promising freelancer. However, I mistakenly canceled the job offer before the freelancer could formally accept the contract. I've already paid the contract fees and want to know:
will I receive a refund for the contract fees?

It will be refunded if proposal rejected\expired and FL didnt accepted it.
