I had to change my credit card. I added a standard AMEX card today.
When trying to pay I get the error:
There was a problem charging your billing method. Please enter a new billing method and try again.
There is no message that I need to verify the credit card nore when I go into "Billing" is there a message / window where I could add the verification amounts.

Please contact your bank directly and check if there are any restrictions placed on your account or any adjustments necessary in order to enable Upwork to charge the card you're looking to set up as your billing method?

Unfortunately, on our end we only see that your bank declined the transaction and didn't provide any specific details. Please, contact your bank and ask them about the decline.
