Default currency for payment if located in Canada

What is the default currency for payment if I am located in Canada? I paid on a US dollar card and don't want it automatically billed in Canadian dollars just because I am in Canada.

Hi Wendy,

 

Since your card is in USD you should be charged in USD currency. 
You can double check this or change your currency by following the steps below.

 

To change your preferred currency for credit or debit card billing:

  1. Go to Settings  Billing Methods
  2. Click the (...) options menu then select Edit
  3. Click the ✎ icon and select your preferred currency
  4. Click Save Changes

Yes, I tried to do that, but it didn't allow me to "Edit" - it showed a
circle with a diagonal line through it.

Yes, I tried to do that, but it didn't allow me to "Edit" - it showed a circle with a diagonal line through it. And I checked the invoice, but the invoice doesn't tell me what currency it was charged in.
