Hi Upwork Community,
I need some advice on how to handle a situation with an agency I've been working with. We agreed on a project that was supposed to be completed by November 2023, but it's now mid-May, and the work is still not delivered.
I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but their responses have been slow and unhelpful. I'm concerned about the significant delay and the impact it's having on my business.
Could anyone guide me on the best steps to take in disputing this delay? What are my options for resolving this issue and possibly getting a refund? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

You can get your money from escrow back. Deadline broken so your request will be approved.
Ask agency for refund (this is site option in contract management) then ask Upwork to step in if will be rejected or ignored.
Upwork cannot force agency to complete your job but able to refund you.
