 I am wondering my offers, why aren't checked.

Does it cost for the client to view the offer, cover letter?

Does it cost anything to do an interview?

Szabolcs, it doesn't cost a client anything to view a proposal or to interview. So if your proposals aren't resulting in interviews, that might be because the jobs you applied to received a large number of proposals. If you see a job that really interests you, you might consider boosting your proposal, so the client sees it before other proposals.
