Freelancer threatening to hurt my brand

Hello, hope you are doing well.


I recently worked with a freelancer on Upwork and they failed to deliver and started to act unprofessional.

I gave them the feedback that I deemed fit based on their performance and results.

Now since 2 weeks has passed, my feedback got submitted and they removed it immedietly through your "Feedback Removal" for Top Rated freelancers and then he sent me a message privately with a screenshot showing that he has removed the feedback I gave him, and now he will make sure to make me and my brand look bad

 

How can people like them be allowed to work on a platform where professionalism is the key ingredient of doing business.


I hope your team looks into it and takes the neccassary actions.
