Ghost Writer plagiarism

I just wanted to know how to deal with a freelance writer that provided me with several fiction books, most of which have been pubished on Amazon already. I recently became aware of at least two books that are almost word-for-word copies of books that have previously been published by other authors. The writer was obviously paid for original content.  We have signed a non-disclosure agreement which specifically adresses plagiarism.

The writer has completed 7 books for me already and 6 have been published.

I'm sorry, but I do not understand why you would publish books without using a plagiarism program fist.

I am surprised they cloned the work of other Amazon authors.

These so-called writers usually steal work from story sites like Wattpad or free book sites, and pass it off as their own.
