Guest Posting Payment Issue and another account for my wife

I worked with someone for a couple of weeks at Upwork. I'm working with him as an SEO expert and guest posting. You know most websites are paid for Guest posting and we Have to pay them into PayPal for Guest content.

As I am discussing with my client to send dollars to the website and PayPal exchange to send dollars to the website, So my question is will this be a concern to Upwork? as its a client's expense

 Cause I see outside payment Against Upwork TOS and I'm not working outside, my client just will pay some website for guest posts and I have to send them a PayPal address to pay for accepted guest content.

Secondly, I married on 25th December 2023. and my wife is very talented in content writing and virtual assistant services. She is very interested to work at Upwork. as already created an account for me and I work as an SEO expert, So if she create another account at Upwork on the same Computer (I mean on my pc) is it any problem? or need to create in another laptop/computer
