Having problems verifying my email

I registered via my gmail account.  Was sent an email.  However, when I clicked the button, it brings me to this message (attached).  When I click resend, i didnt receive a second or third verifying email.  I have checked the spam folder and it's not there.  When I try to browse Upwork, it keeps going back to this message.
