Hire/Job Offer Contract

Freelancer and I have come to terms.  I have clicked Hire, filled out the form and submitted it.

The Freelancer is receiving this message:

"You cannot join this team until the client adds a complete address. Please wait until the client does so."

There is no field for an address and that is not allowed anyway.  What is this error about, please?
