How do I cancel a weekly payment? I just saw a $10.30 charge for a contract that has been completed. I need a refund and an explanation of how to not repeat this issue. Thank you!

Hello there,
In general, for recurring weekly payments we invoice a percentage of the total weekly amount based on the day the contract began and ended. Since the contract is already ended, you won't be invoiced for it in the future and we'll have one of our customer support agents reach out to you directly about the charge that you got today and assist you further.
