How to locate a freelancer by name

HI I Am trying to locate someone by name. We used them at my previous job. I search by skill or name and nothing.

Is there some trick i am missing?

Hi Walkme,

Have you tried reaching out to your freelancer through your last contract? Search and find your previous contract or messages in order to get in touch. There you should find more options like 'Propose a new contract' or simply send a new message.

i cannot because that account is closed.

I think you can get the freelancer using the  "@" symbol followed by his upwork name. Since you have his name

I tried that. I know I own him at least one hour. i dont like to do this.

Go to the search box at the top of the website, select "talents" and search for the freelancer's name.
