Can I use payoneer card for billing and payment in client account?

Hi Upwork Support.

I am gonna use payoneer card for payment method in my client account.

I added it and it was successful. But when I try to hire a developer, it occurs the error.

"Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again. If this issue keeps happening, contact customer support."

I need the help asap. Thank you.

It works for freelancer account for sure. Card should be acceptable for client as well.
