I was charged twice for my premium listing

I justposted my first job and I paid to have the job posting upgraded and was charged twice for the upgrade according to my bank account.  Where can I go to get this adjusted?

The better freelancers with at least six months on Upwork can find your post, premium or otherwise, if it appeals to them. In my niche, that's about one post a week. If you are seeking a commodity service, you will be overwhelmed with responses regardless of premium status.
