Hello,
I hired a freelance few days ago, but she was totally unable to work, and was absolutely not skilled to do the job.
So she said that she will not be able to end the work ( and that 1 day after the deadline...), Now I'd like to be refunded because the work has not been delivered.
This freelancer ended the contract one week ago, but I don't see any refund from the escrow.
What could I do to get the refund ?

Hi Nathaniel,
I checked and it does look like you received a refund on the 15th, you should be able to find the transaction in Reports > Transaction History. This was sent directly to your payment method, you should be able to see it on your statement already or tomorrow at the latest.
