Invoice for Direct Contract

I'm currently working with a contractor and my company card was charged $309 while the invoice that came to my email says the contractor was paid $300.  I know this comes from the direct contract fees, but I really need my invoice to actually say where this extra $9 comes from.  Any way to do this?
