Why i cant add a payment using my paypal balance instead of my Card?

Just to confirm, you would like to add your PayPal as a billing method? If yes, you will need to havea verified PayPal account so that you can set it up as a billing method.

That is corect and i do have verfied account.

But i want to pay from my PayPal balnce not my credit card.

I have money in my balance acount not my  card
