Payment Error

Hi,

I am trying to pay a freelancer, but everytime I attempt to I get an error message "Sorry, we had an error, please try again later" 

I tried both on my mobile and laptop and it's the same issue. I tried using Paypal and a credit card, but it didn't make a difference. 

How do i get this fixed asap?
