Thank you for your message. As mentioned by Nikola, a Paypal Virtual Mastercard will not be accepted as a billing method. Upwork accepts credit and debit cards for Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Diners Club International, as well as prepaid cards. If you have a verified PayPal account, you can use PayPal as your billing method instead. To learn more about verifying and linking your PayPal account, go here.
