I am living in Saudi Arabia Currently. Can I add a Pakistani bank master card in my billing method to pay to the freelancers.

Hi Awais, 

You should be able to add your credit card (regardless if it's a master or visa card) as a billing method. You may read this post for more information on billing methods on Upwork.
