Paypal not verified?

Have been using it for 10+ yrs and now they say it isnt verified.. went to paypal and saw my card was verified. Not sure how to proceed.

Can you please confirm whether your PayPal account has been verified? Also, please know that a credit card needs to be added as a backup billing method if you plan to use PayPal to purchase Connects or pay for a membership plan.
