Question About Deleting Messages on Upwork

Is it possible to delete messages in Upwork? I've been trying to manage my inbox, and I'd like to understand if there's a way to remove certain messages. Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Pradeep, ive been trying to clean up my messages inbox and i am unable to delete any messages. The 3 dots only gives an option to add to favourites. Can you please advise how else i can delete my messages?

Hi Abdul,

I checked the conversation you are referring to and can confirm that this conversation is already archived. The option to delete a message will not appear if the conversation is already archived.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like that by design it is not possible to remove message rooms. You should have the option to Hide them. Here is a screenshot for reference.
