Unable to Verify my Bank Account on Upwork

I am Unable to hire a freelancer on Upwork. Everytime I am trying to fill in the card details for deposting the money, I get  Your bank was unable to verify your information. Please contact them and try again.

Upwork accepts Visa, Discover, Diners Club, Diners Club International, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept prepaid cards. Click here to learn more about adding a credit card to your account. Have you also tried checking your bank details to make sure that you have the correct account information?
