Dear Clients,

When you ask a freelancer to respond, please respond on time After the trial, you put the freelancer on the waiting list and forget. So, please, please

You can't respond "on time" unless you have a deadline. If the client said they would respond in a certain time and then just disappeared for considerably longer, perhaps you don't want to work with that client. But, if you didn't agree on a specific response time, don't decide the client is "late" just because you would like them to be faster.

As a freelancer, it's important to have open and clear communication with clients throughout the hiring process. It's also important for clients to be respectful of a freelancer's time and effort by providing timely responses and feedback.

If a client has put a freelancer on a waiting list after a trial or interview, it's courteous to let them know the status of the job and the expected timeline for any further steps. Remember that communication is key to a successful working relationship between clients and freelancers.

Thank you!!!
