Unable to add new billing method

Hi,

I am unable to add new billing method by using my credit card. I have been using the same card from many years in Upwork...I have enabled all settings for the card to be used for international transactions with upper limits but still it is not getting added in Upwork. Can you please help me to solve this issue?
