Hi,

I send an offer to a freelancer from my client account and submit the amount in escrow. Freelancer did not accept the offer yet. Now, I have changed my mind and want to cancel the offer and full refund.

Just want to know if I submit the refund then my total amount will be refunded which has been deducted from my bank account? If Upwork will charge any amount then what will be the amount that Upwork will charge?

If I submit the refund then how much time it takes to refund my full amount to get back to my bank account?

Hi Ashan,

Once the refund is processed, you will be refunded in full for the amount billed to you. Your refund credit can take up to five business days to appear in the billing method you used. You can visit this article for more information.
