My business bank account topped out because one of the clients was not paying on a regular cadence
I have moved money into that account but the UX is telling me to contact support to enable it. However all the contact support links are set to just take me here which is unhelpful https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us
Whats the support email to get this resolved and why is it not on these support pages?
